Buyer - Residential Developer - Surrey
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their team and support their growing portfolio of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-quality residential developments, including low-rise and high-rise schemes, with project values ranging from £15m to £30m.
Role
- Position: Buyer
- Location: Surrey
- Rate/Salary: £300 - £425 p/d or £65k - £75k (plus package)

Duties May Include:
- Procuring materials for residential developments
- Negotiating contracts to ensure best value and quality
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely deliveries
- Supporting the commercial team in cost management and budgeting
- Benchmarking prices and identifying new suppliers where required
Requirements
- Strong experience working as a Buyer in residential construction
- Knowledge of procurement processes, material costs, and supplier management
- Ability to negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience working with housebuilders or residential developers is highly desirable
