Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements or new internal solutions.
Assist in designing and optimizing internal systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving operational efficiency.
Identify and map business processes, recommending improvements to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality.
Support the development and execution of test plans, ensuring internal systems meet functional requirements and performance standards.
Provide support to end-users, offering training and troubleshooting for internal systems to ensure effective use and adoption.
Qualifications
5+ years experience as a technical business analyst.
Experience supporting a mobile app development project.
Experience working with product driven scrum teams with a focus on translation of strategic roadmaps into feature development-based backlog items.
Experience working with software development teams in an Agile product delivery model.
Skilled with Jira, Confluence, Epics, User Story and Business User Flows Creation.
Excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to use data analytics and metrics tools to inform business decisions and provide actionable insights for product development and operational strategy.
Experience working on end-to-end product development lifecycle, liaising between product and technical teams.
Demonstrate proactive organizational and time management skills.
