Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Lead efforts to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with product managers and project teams. Ensure that all requirements are thoroughly captured with precision and clarity.
•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure alignment and that both business and technical requirements are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
•Technical Solution Design: Partner with engineers and technical teams to design scalable, efficient solutions that meet business needs, ensuring that technical requirements are well-understood and incorporated into development processes.
•Business Process Optimization: Analyze and map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions that align with strategic business goals.
•Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and guide the development process.
•Testing & Validation: Support the testing of solutions to ensure they meet both business and technical requirements, validating that deliverables align with specifications and meet quality standards.
•Documentation & Communication: Maintain comprehensive and clear documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and process flows. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project progress, risks, and blockers.
•Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and contribute to process improvements, leveraging industry best practices to drive efficiency in business analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of working on large-scale Tech solutions, preferably in an AWS environment.
•Strong experience in translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver solutions.
•Deep understanding of business processes, technical systems, and data flow.
•Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights that inform business strategy and development priorities.
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between business and development teams.
•Expertise in Agile methodologies, including working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
•Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
•Extensive experience in technology-driven environments, specifically with B2B, cloud-based platforms, and AWS.
•Experience in system integrations, API design, and understanding cloud architectures and data flows in relation to AWS.
•Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
•Familiarity with product management processes and methodologies in fast-moving technology teams.
