Business Support Officers ensure the smooth functioning of daily business operations.We are seeking experienced candidates looking to further progress in their careers.
About the role:
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements
- Taking notes/Minutes at meetings
- Booking meeting rooms and ordering lunches for meetings
- General administration duties such as filing and scanning documents.
- Answering email requests promptly
- Sorting incoming mail into categories
- Creating presentations, organising events, workshops or conferences
- Prepare, monitor, and oversee air travel and accommodation travel requirements.
- Undertake and assist senior managers in research.
- Undertake business and administrative activities to support the Branch - including Diary Management; document control; payment of accounts and acquittal of credit card expenses; governance reporting; training coordination; assist with business planning including risks; management of Human Resource documentation for the Branch
- Manages and coordinates an allocated portfolio of contracts operating under various contracting arrangements
- Undertakes contract administration and compliance
About you:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Business Support or Contract administration role.
- Agile, adaptable and organised. Strong attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and sound communication skills.
