- 1. Co-develop the business development strategy, including awareness-building of organisation’s deep

expertise in family business, the development of customized programs for family business
owners, and support for open enrolment programs.
2. Maintain, expand, and initiate relationships with external Partners and Clients
3. Prepare for client meetings by gathering analysis/data about client’s history with the organisation and
latest client’s information.
4. Liaise with Clients and with Faculty to prepare and pitch proposals and follow-up on
opportunities.
5. Execute initiatives to increase the awareness of orgnaisation’s family business expertise in Asia (e.g.,
media outreach, research dissemination, case study development, interviews).
6. Work effectively with Asia & Oceania and Europe's teams
skills and experience required
- A degree in Business Administration, or related preferred.
- Experience with a client-facing role, and great communication and presentation skills would be required
- Prior knowledge of or experience with private banking / family business strongly preferred
