key responsibilities
- you will be the main point of contact between the company and the customers, and will act as a real manager of customers of the Dutch market.
Responsabilities: - document verification and validation at the time of registration (backoffice) through Salesforce;
- onboarding session, with buyers from the Dutch market, to explain and identify the best offer;
- debt collection in the event of non-payment by buyers;
- after-sales coordination (issues with purchases or transport coordination);
- you will be the main point of contact between the company and the customers, and will act as a real manager of customers of the Dutch market.
skills
- high school diploma (mandatory);
- native/fluent in dutch;
- advanced english (B2 minimum);
- resilience and commitment to the project;
