As the Business Manager, you will oversee the local SG sales operations (both online & offline channels) together with people management. You will get to manage the business / retail operations aspects of the boutiques / and partner with independent retailers / opening new channels.
Reporting directly to the founders directly, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and cultivating strong partnerships within the luxury retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and set up a network and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives with independent retailers and distributors within the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand objectives and promotional activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates to senior management..
- Managing the boutique operations, including inventory management, staffing, visual display and customer service to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for customers.
- Building relationships with influencers, bloggers and media to drive traffic to the boutique through partnerships and collaborations.
- Managing the brand’s online store, including product listings, promotions, and customer experience optimization.
- Overseeing media management - creating and curating content for social media platforms along with email marketing, tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize the brand’s online presence and visibility.
- Manage the budget for marketing expenses and the overall performance of brand awareness.
- Organizing events, pop ups and educational seminars by fragrance experts
- Participating in overseas beauty exhibitions, trade fairs relevant to the Fragrance industry
