In this role you will lead projects both locally and globally in collaboration with business stakeholders and the central IT team. The main system area of coverage will be focusing on Business Intelligence and reporting tools, Big Data Management and CRMRole & Responsibilities• Lead global BI projects to promote a new central data platform locally, building analysis and visualization tools and processes to support business growth in Japan.• Lead CRM-related projects to optimize the use of customer information.• Develop new business solutions leveraging cloud-native and API-centric development, helping stakeholders translate business requirements into technical specifications.• Collect business user needs and design new operations, with a strong focus on daily store operations.• Manage daily incidents, investigate problems, and provide user support aligned with internal SLAs and KPIs, while improving business processes.Skills & RequirementsMandatory:•Language Skills: Native Japanese and Business-level EnglishTechnical Expertise:• Development of dashboards using Power BI (or similar BI tools)• CRM-related project experience• Project management experience• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills• Customer centric communication styleNice to have skills:• Development experience with APIsFamiliarity with Snowflake, dbt, Data Visualization tools• Experience working in global Retail/FMCG companies
