■About our Client: Our client is a well-established player in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on rare diseases. The Japan subsidiary is driven by a commitment to innovation and patient care, working closely with global teams to improve healthcare outcomes through specialized treatments.■Summary of the Position: The Business Excellence Lead will spearhead initiatives to optimize sales, enhance digital capabilities, and drive commercial and medical affairs alignment. In this role, you will lead data-driven strategies for sales force effectiveness, oversee key analytics and CRM optimization, and partner with internal stakeholders to meet company goals. You will also act as the point of contact for external business development activities, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and regions.■Key Responsibilities:・Lead the development and execution of business excellence strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.・Oversee analytics and data-driven insights for sales optimization and customer engagement.・Drive digital transformation and CRM enhancement across the commercial and medical teams.・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve organizational performance.・Serve as the key liaison for external stakeholders in business development activities.・Provide strategic guidance to align commercial and medical affairs with overall business objectives.
求められる経験
■Required Experience:
・A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, or commercial operations.
・At least 5 years of experience specifically in commercial excellence, driving initiatives related to data science and analytics, sales force effectiveness, and organizational development.
・Proven track record of success in delivering commercial results, driving revenue growth, and optimizing commercial processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
・Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
・Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
・Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
・Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
■Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or life sciences. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
■Language:
NATIVE Japanese and fluent English is required for this position.
■Travel requirements:
Ability to drive or fly to various meeting sites
