the role
- Promote and sell a variety of surgical, restorative, regenerative, and digital solution products to dental clinicians and lab technicians.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with dental practices, hospitals, corporate groups, and dental laboratories to maintain and enhance customer relationships, aiming to maximise sales, expand the distribution network, and meet company targets.
- Conduct product training sessions for dental clinicians, nurses, and dental laboratory staff to ensure effective use of our product portfolio, benefiting their patients.
- Identify potential projects and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Attend exhibitions, local customer meetings, and company events to build and strengthen relationships.
- Accurately and promptly complete reports related to customer visits, expenses, and other relevant activities.
the experience
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
- Over 3 years of sales experience in the medical device field, preferably in the dental industry
- Possesses a positive attitude and strong confidence in customer interactions.
- Team-oriented, capable of working proactively.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
