Lead market research, develop a global view of markets, trends, threats and opportunities, and understand markets beyond individual customers.
Lead field-marketing efforts and develop a deep understanding of how and why customers and end users use our product.
Generates global and regional market data – market size, customers, competition, shares, growth rates, supply/demand, etc.
Coordinates industry specific sales for new products and new markets through personal selling as well as through collaboration with global sales team to achieve product sales targets.
Train global sales team on how to sell value proposition for new product and markets.
skills and experience required.
A minimum of a BA or BS in a technical or business discipline; MBA preferred.
A minimum of 3 years business to business marketing to industrial or technical markets.
Biopharma and/or bioprocessing industry experience is required.
Sales and negotiation skills; strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills a must. Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
This job may require up to 60% travel time, both domestically and internationally.
