Our client, a renowned global bank, is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business clients through tele-calling, enhancing relationships and acquisitions within the personal client segment.
- Manage an assigned client list to uncover business needs and promote cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
- Ensure prompt call-backs to clients, optimizing dialers and lead management systems.
- Support and follow up on online leads, driving the adoption of digital offerings during telesales conversations.
- Use skills from training programs to drive needs-based conversations, understand various products, and achieve sales targets.
- Work with the team leader to develop sales plans and collaborate with the operations team to fulfill client requests.
- Stay informed about the credit card and personal loans space to effectively serve clients and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education and relevant certifications in financial services are preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales or inbound sales is an advantage.
This is a contract role with a duration of 1 year.
