Generate leads for National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).

Client Coordination:
Coordinate with Sector Skill Councils (SSC) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and business processes.
Invoice Management:
Handle follow-ups on behalf of the company for invoice clearance and payments.
Ensure timely submission and tracking of invoices to maintain cash flow.
Communication:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business development plans to expand market presence and achieve organizational objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the skill development or apprenticeship sectors.
Background in the skilling industry is essential. Experience with NAPS and NATS programs is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
