This role will report to Head of Sales director and be responsible for all retail channels (EC/offline)
about the job.
- Manage major accounts for China area.
- Identify and develop distributors across e-commerce, food service specialty, and offline retail channels.
- Compile market intelligence and drive new market opportunities.
- Plan sales execution and manage demand/inventory on a monthly and annual basis to meet business and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to communicate customer needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain current business, regain lost business, and create opportunities for new business growth.
- Collaborate as part of a team to drive analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance.
- Track competitive pricing, offerings, and differentiators in the marketplace.

- A Bachelor's Degree is required with 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales within the food industry.
- Excellent business development and communication skills.
- Strong demonstrated interest in strategic market research.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to travel frequently.
