- Responsible for maximising company's objectives for Sales Volume and Sales Revenue through implementing and executing agreed strategic sales plans.
- Build and develop relationships with key customers, and strategic partners to foster category, brand and product awareness in market.
- Identify new customers and drive growth through new business development through market insights, customer engagement and consumer research develop and fine tune the sales strategy for brands and products
- Demonstrate the highest possible standards of ethical commercial behaviours in line with headquarter’s culture and values
- Attend various trade events and use strong networking skills to grow our brands.

skills and experience required.
- Advanced written and spoken English and fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker, reader and writer.
- Will have between five and ten years work experience in the Wine, FMCG, retail, (or related) industry.
- Research the China beverages market. Understand profitable channels and customers, in the B2B and B2C context.
- Displays ‘youthful energy’, business ‘smarts’ and has a clear track record of sales and business development results.
- Possesses strong business acumen and judgement. Able to seek out, then seize an opportunity.
- Has strong inter-personal, influencing and negotiating skills; can speak to an audience, and present a brand and product convincingly.
- Is self-sufficient, and able to work un-supervised. A self-starter. Has a “teamwork” orientation; support team and also with local customers and partners
- Under-graduate degree required, and (possibly) a relevant post- graduate degree, but not obligatory.
