- actively seeks and pursues new opportunities within the operations sector, focusing on partnerships, contracts, and expansion initiatives
- develop business strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives
- maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients
- be the key account manager for key accounts to ensure service delivery
- preparing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new projects
- manage and handle bidding process, that is not limited to developing pricing strategies and adhere to compliance
- close collaboration with the operations team is maintained to ensure alignment between business development efforts and operational capacity
skills and requirements
- Bachelor graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field
- 5 years of experience in business development or sales in related industry
- Outgoing and outspoken who has proven leadership skills and great communication skills
- Has experience in stakeholders management and presentations
- Open to travel for business purpose
