This role will report directly to Commercial Head.

- Manage and grow accounts within China region.
- Identify and capture new opportunities within the B2B industry, working closely with our distributor network.
- Plan and execute sales strategies on a monthly and annual basis to meet business and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Drive analyses and insights to inform decision-making and enhance business performance.
- Monitor competitive pricing, offerings, and market differentiators.

- A proven track record in managing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of the food industry, particularly in the B2B sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor’s Degree required, with 5-7 years of experience in food industry B2B sales.
- Excellent business development and communication skills are essential.
- Strong interest and demonstrated ability in strategic market research.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
