Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional account servicing to meet customer's IT solution/product needs.
Monitor order processing, including but not limited to, following up on sales orders, resolving payment issues, overseeing the delivery process, and addressing credit concerns.
Ensure timely delivery of AI solutions and products to customers.
Forecast monthly and quarterly business trends to achieve sales targets.
Identify and explore new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Coordinate effectively with various internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, preferably in IT or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AI sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
Experience in serving global accounts would be a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.
Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
