We are seeking an analytical Business Development Analyst to support the expansion in Italy. This dynamic role requires an individual who can effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. In addition, we are looking for someone to be intellectually curious, embracing new challenges as opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify optimal locations and drive the expansion

- Prospect and manage the flow of incoming leads and create related reports

- Analyze leads data (e.g., conversion rates, cost of leads) to identify improvement points and processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, account management, marketing to ensure business continuity

Qualifications & Experience Required for the Position:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools

- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)

- Past experience in business development, strategy, or consulting is a plus

Location: Milan, Italy

One year fixed-term contract
