Job Title: Change and Business Improvement Manager
Location: Any North West office,| Hybrid (Approx. 2 days a week in the office)
Contract Length: Until 31/03/2025 (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: Up to £650 per day (via umbrella)

Role Overview:
As a Change and Business Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in driving our transformation initiatives, supporting our ambitious ten-year strategy. You'll be at the heart of designing and implementing new operating models, improving existing practices, and delivering significant changes that enhance our regulatory effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of integrated operating models (people, process, and technology) and ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end operational processes.
Process Mapping & Improvement: Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop service and process catalogues, identifying areas for improvement in organisational design and ways of working.
Target Operating Models: Develop and implement Target Operating Models to enhance our operational effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and work flows.
Collaboration: Work closely with Digital, Data, and Technology professionals, alongside subject matter experts across divisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in Organisational Design: Expertise in designing and implementing new operating models and improving existing practices.
Process Improvement: Strong background in process mapping, process improvement, and requirements gathering.
Business Architecture: Significant experience in business architecture with a focus on operational and functional design.
Continuous Improvement: Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within complex organisations.
Preferred Skills: Experience with MS Dynamics and a background in regulatory environments or operational change implementation.
