key responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal range plans for the Southeast Asia region by leveraging historical data, market inputs, and strategic category objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to analytics teams on range structure improvements for current and upcoming seasons.
- Monitor the execution of range plans across markets and categories, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports for seasonal business plans, focusing on category, country, and channel performance.
- Act as the key resource for category-related financial intelligence, supporting planning teams with data-driven insights.
- Conduct cross-category reviews at key milestones to track alignment with broader regional objectives and planning KPIs.
- Manage sell-through and sell-in data for categories to drive accurate and informed seasonal range decisions.
- Generate and share regular performance reports (e.g., sell-through trends, campaign results) with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with financial and category teams to monitor the performance of core products, offering actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the analytics contact for system-related discussions and projects, coordinating with digital and analytics stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor research to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Regularly update and maintain product databases in partnership with regional teams.
- Support ongoing category-related projects and contribute to ad-hoc initiatives as required.
qualifications and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a fashion / FMCG brand.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Power BI is a REQUIREMENT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is preferred
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with a structured and process-oriented mindset supported by robust data analysis
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
