- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, gathering and sharing business or development requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create JIRA items for the development team.
- Own the delivery of business requirements and ensure client acceptance.
- Manage Confluence pages, upload relevant information, and share useful content.
- Prepare presentations for clients, management meetings, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Oversee sprints in JIRA and facilitate Scrum calls to optimize team performance.
- Monitor infrastructure and software upgrades to mitigate risks of non-compliance and outages.
- Generate and manage ad-hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production checkouts.
- Draft project scope documents and manage book-of-work milestones throughout the year.
- Provide documentation for project closures and ensure seamless milestone completion.
- Assist with identifying and resolving production issues by offering effective solutions.
- Mentor new team members, deliver knowledge transfer sessions, and resolve project-related challenges.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL Oracle Developer, and Postman.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities with evolving project requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive data effectively.
- Proven ability to take initiative, maintain attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
- Experience in balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required; a Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
