As a Business Analyst specializing in corporate internet banking, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital channels and transaction banking. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting detailed requirements analysis, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define functional specifications, and ensuring seamless transitions from requirements to implementation phases. You will also contribute to testing, scope management, and enhancing application features, all while maintaining expertise in financial services and digital banking trends.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 5 years in Digital Channels and transaction banking.
- Skills: Proficiency in capturing, analyzing, and eliciting business requirements, including elaborating JIRA stories. Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies is essential.
- Knowledge: Understanding of technology trends in digital banking, familiarity with API/SWIFT, and detailed knowledge of Payments regulatory frameworks in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong would be advantageous.
- Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
