Position: Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
... - Performance Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the businesses, departments, and metrics driving performance. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze commercial data and implement key programs and initiatives to drive improvement of operational metrics.
- Data Visualization: Create clear and informative dashboards and visualizations to present data in a visually appealing manner, aiding data-driven decision-making.
- Model Building: Build effective data analysis models and reporting processes based on data, feedback, and benchmarking of industry best practices.
- Impact Tracking: Track and measure the impact of implemented initiatives, providing regular updates on the effectiveness and outcomes of data-driven strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and local operations teams to deliver on user experience projects.
- Presentation of Findings: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Data Management: Work with other teams to build reliable data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility, exploring opportunities for enhancing data management practices.
- Compliance Review: Periodically conduct compliance and governance reviews on all business units to ensure existing policy adherence, identify gaps, and propose best practices in improvement plans.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, data analysis, or a related field. Candidates with past exposure to F&B, Retail, or Commercial Industries will have an added advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or information technology. Candidates with a Master’s degree will be considered for senior roles.
- Technical Skills: Experience with reporting software like Tableau and a working knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint are required.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and oral. English proficiency is required to effectively build partnerships and work collaboratively with senior leadership from different regions.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Personal Attributes: Highly driven, self-motivated, and data-curious with the ability to work as part of a team.
