Responsibilities
• Identifying and documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional) for information technology needs identified by the SMR/Nuclear Development team.
• Developing and implementing new business processes and supports including governance (policies, standards, guidelines, process, and procedures).
• Developing and implementing SharePoint/Power App solutions.
• Working with training to develop and implement training materials to ensure operations and business areas are ready to accept technical solutions and processes.
• Working with organizational change management to identify and implement OCM to support the technology and processes.
Qualifications
Mandatory Education:
• University degree in a related field OR business diploma OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Education:
• PMP or CAPM.
• CBAP or other
• PROSCI certification
• IAEA training in security and information technology
Mandatory Experience:
• Extensive experience as a BA on large, complex projects through all phases of the project, preference to BA's with a strong background in IT projects.
• Strong oral and written communications with the ability to manage and document functional/non- functional requirements, test plans, test scripts, workflows and reports.
• Strong requirements management experience (process) and proficient in the use of requirements gathering, documentation and prioritization tools.
• Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze data sources.
• Proficieny using MS Office tools including Excel, MS Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Cloud (Microsoft Azure preferred)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Experience working within IT is preferred
• Experience in a BA role in the utilities and/or construction businesses
• Experience with planning and facilitating testing
• Experience performing some light project management activities
• Experience performing some light change management activities
• Experience developing and implementing business processes and supports including automation
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficient in use of MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Working in a regulated environment
