Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to the ServiceNow implementation.
• Assist with the integration of ServiceNow within EPCOR’s existing platforms and tools.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow project teams to populate the ServiceNow knowledge base according to specific organizational needs.
• Evaluate the available documentation and assess its present validity for inclusion in the ServiceNow knowledge base.
• Contribute to the overall ServiceNow implementation, focusing on the knowledge aspect.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Expertise in knowledge management and user documentation authoring and review.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft platforms, particularly Office, SharePoint and Teams
• Strong organizational skills and diligence to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks.
• Ability to understand and communicate key concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2-year post-secondary diploma or a 4-year post-secondary degree in IT or Computing Science related field.
• 2 years experience working on project teams and/or large-scale IT transformation projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is desirable.
• ITIL Certification will be considered an asset.
