Lead the team in developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on data collection, analysis, and actionable insights to drive organizational growth.
Collaborate with government, private, and international organizations to design and implement frameworks, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection and analysis.
Drive data governance initiatives by ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security, while optimizing infrastructure and tools for efficient data collection, storage, visualization, and reporting.
Monitor and assess the company’s strategic and business plans by defining KPIs, creating dashboards, and conducting regular performance reviews, providing timely reports and recommendations to top management.

the experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
10 years of experience in commercial excellence, dealing with data analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, having lead numerous teams at the same time.
