Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to collect detailed business requirements, analyze and document them to ensure they align with business goals and objectives.
Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that solutions are tested, validated, and aligned with business needs.
Stakeholder Communication and Management: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project goals, progress, and challenges. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• 5 years of proven BA experience
• Ability to provide strategic direction and leadership, guiding cross-functional teams toward common goals and driving innovation in healthcare project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness.
