Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing business requirements for assigned projects.
Analyzing impacts on customers, stakeholders, and employees.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and manage project outcomes.
Providing ongoing communication to key stakeholders regarding project progress and changes.
Identifying and resolving issues to meet customer needs.
Applying change management best practices.
Ensuring timely project delivery and risk mitigation.
Contributing to the development of project plans and documentation.
Supporting quality assurance activities, including testing and issue resolution.
Adhering to enterprise project governance controls and compliance standards.
Supporting cost estimation and forecasting for projects.
Contributing to RFI/RFP processes with vendors.
Identifying and managing project risks.
Analyzing requirement change requests and their impacts.
Supporting implementation and post-implementation activities.
Qualifications
Must Have:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven client management experience.
Experience in B2B environments.
Experience working with senior-level executives.
Nice to Have:
Banking experience.
