We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist to join a leading financial institution (FI) for a 12-month contract role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment, collaborating with business units, creative agencies, and analytics teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive business and marketing objectives. Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Strategy: Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and marketing strategies. Translate marketing objectives and consumer insights into clear communication strategies, including benefits, offers, and proof points.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with cross-functional teams (business units, creative agencies, analytics, etc.) to ensure campaign elements are executed effectively across all channels and media.
Media & Creative Execution: Oversee media and creative plans, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Evaluate media strategies and creative deliverables for strategic impact and clarity.
Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Monitor and assess campaign performance, using data and analytics to optimize and adjust strategies. Take corrective actions as needed to ensure campaign objectives are met and maximize ROI.
Budget & Financial Management: Track, manage, and report on campaign budgets, ensuring all financial requirements are met and campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
Project Management: Utilize best practices in project management to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on target, and within budget. Lead projects from initiation to completion, resolving roadblocks and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Team Structure & Reporting:
Team Size: 5 people
Stakeholder Interaction: 80% of the role will involve interacting with stakeholders, including business teams, analytics teams, and external creative agencies.
Managerial Reporting: Report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with internal teams to align on key business and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Targeted Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience in targeted marketing, including email marketing, direct mail campaigns, and digital media strategies.
Creative Agency Briefs: Experience in creating or contributing to creative agency briefs that align with marketing objectives.
Media & Creative Strategy Evaluation: Ability to evaluate creative and media strategies for alignment with business goals and clarity of messaging.
Budget Management: Proven experience tracking and managing campaign budgets effectively.
Cross-Functional Team Experience: Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and creative agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
Nice-to-Have
Data-Driven Approach: Comfort with using data and analytics to make recommendations and drive action across campaigns.
Agile Methodology Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile Pods.
Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate roadblocks and engage key stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Education & Experience
Degree: Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications/designations.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing or related fields, ideally within a large organization or financial institution.
