Based in the town area, Client is a financial client and we are looking for a Business Support admin to assist the business Support Operations team. The candidate will report to the Facility Director for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work in Sept 2024.
About the role
Office management & Administrative duties
- Support Facility Management / Health & Safety matters to ensure the safety and orderliness and of
working environment in compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
- Perform reception duties by managing incoming couriers, visitors, incoming calls / email enquiries
from public
- Liaised with designated travel agents for corporate travel arrangements
- Support branch events (Townhalls, client events etc) where applicable
- Facilitate Records Management process including scanning documents for archival
- Handle corporate card application process
- Supports the Corporate Services Manager on any purchase requisition and/or sourcing matters
- Responsible for the oversight of daily reconciliation reports and work with various business
units to clear outstanding items
- Perform reconciliation for the monthly Account Ownership Verification (AOV) process
- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions supporting the bank reconciliations, payment
receipts and correspondence with various stakeholders
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register
- Prepare Monthly Department KRIs
Staff Claims / Account Payables
- To verify and process staff claims & corporate cards expenses for the branch, including posting of
general ledger accounting entries
- Backup for Accounts Payable Processes
Adhoc & others
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Business Support
