JOB DESCRIPTIONStrengthen resources for budgetary management to more effectively and efficiently support XXX global activities.- Filling the staffing gap caused by the expansion of the scope of management due to the organizational integration of HR and GA- Contributing to the introduction and establishment of a functional budget management system- Improving the efficiency of budget management by introducing Human Resources and General Affairs Department- Inventorying current operations from a fresh perspective of new members and identifying areas for improvement- Support the General Affairs and Planning Director (GAPL) and report budget management status to Human Resources and General Affairs Department (HRGAD) leadership and stakeholders.- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of cost management in HRGAD on a global basis- Prepare annual and mid-term cost plans for HRGAD- Manage and support the execution of HRGAD cost budget.- Contribute to the implementation of the new ERP system.- Provide general support to HR and General Affairs activities.

- Business level conversation skills in both English and Japanese
- Ambitious and responsible personality
- Experience in management accounting or budget management in a global environment in the finance or budget management department
- Skills in using Excel and PPT
- Experience and knowledge of system implementation/operation
