Job Summary:
Comprehensive administrative and organizational support to Marketing Excellence and Business Insight& Strategy team, including general administrative tasks, team budget reconciliation, internal & external events, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in general administrative tasks, including not limited to, scheduling meetings, organize logistics, planning and managing calendar, tracking reporting requirements, travel & reimbursement, visit arrangements and etc.
- Responsible for monthly team budget & spending reconciliation Assist teams and managers to complete other tasks.
- Support team member on key projects’ PO & contract process from initiation to final payment
- Coordination and preparation for internal events such as team building, quarterly & annual meetings, and other company events
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor or above degree , 1~2 years above work experience as team assistant
- Written and basic spoken command of English.
- Fluent on MS office software(word, excel, PPT)
- Details-oriented and patient
- Eager to learn and adapt to new environments quickly
- Good interpersonal skills
