Our company is seeking talented professionals who are eager to contribute to impactful healthcare programs and make a meaningful difference.Summary of the Position:As the Branding Strategy and Education Program Manager, you will: - Lead the development and execution of annual medical education programs for healthcare professionals in the aesthetics field. - Manage a variety of education initiatives, including digital platforms, events, and faculty development, to promote customer engagement and product education. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, legal, compliance) to ensure cohesive program delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Coordinate with external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and agency partners, to enhance the effectiveness of educational initiatives. - Oversee event planning, from small-scale workshops to large symposiums, ensuring all activities are executed within budget and compliance guidelines. - Continuously assess program data, providing actionable insights for improvement. - Travel as needed to support program delivery and foster relationships with healthcare professionals.
求められる経験
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, healthcare, business).
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or medical roles, ideally within aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Strong background in educational program management or brand strategy.
- Proven ability to achieve business and marketing objectives.
- Expertise in working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and event management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to evolving technology.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
