In their Japan subsidiary, it is embraced a forward-thinking, creative culture, deeply connected to craftsmanship, intellectual curiosity, and elegance.■Summary of the Position:As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will drive the strategic vision and marketing efforts for the brand in Japan. You will be responsible for aligning global marketing initiatives with local market needs, ensuring that all communication and brand activities reflect the brand’s values and elevate its unique image. This role involves managing brand presence across various channels, overseeing events, partnerships, and sponsorships, and leading product placement strategies. You’ll also maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners while ensuring crisis management protocols are in place when needed. As a key leader, you'll be instrumental in fostering brand awareness and ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with the local audience.■Key Responsibilities:・Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with global brand vision.・Manage the brand’s public relations and communications footprint, including influencer marketing, media placements, and strategic partnerships.・Oversee events and sponsorships, ensuring timely execution aligned with the brand's image.・Maintain and nurture industry relationships, reflecting the brand’s core values in all interactions.・Lead crisis management and ensure product placements that enhance brand visibility.・Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders, evaluating the impact of marketing efforts.

■Qualifications
・Proven experience in brand marketing or communications, ideally within beauty, fashion, or design industries.
・Passion for literature and storytelling, with a creative and strategic mindset.
・Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage external agency relationships.
・Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English.
・Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead projects and adhere to deadlines.
・Familiarity with digital communication tools is a plus.
