We are seeking a Marketing and Brand Lead to take ownership of the marketing division across multiple FMCG brands. Reporting to the Operations Manager and CEO, this is a unique opportunity for a generalist marketer to take the initiative, lead strategic efforts, and drive brand growth.
The ideal candidate will bring broad marketing experience, a proactive mindset, and the willingness to step outside of their remit when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and executive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth across the portfolio
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc)
- Explore brand partnership and collaboration opportunities to elevate the brands and increase market share
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Engage with media outlets and manager influencer relationships
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor best practices
- Analyse and report marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns
- Manage Public relations activities and develop compelling content for press releases and other external communications
- Support the wider team with strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with public relations and copywriting is advantageous
