In their Japan subsidiary, it is embraced a forward-thinking, creative culture, deeply connected to craftsmanship, intellectual curiosity, and elegance.■Summary of the Position:As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing local marketing and communication activities, ensuring all efforts reflect the brand’s unique identity. You will work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to enhance brand visibility across media outlets, manage public relations, coordinate events and sponsorships, and drive social media marketing initiatives. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the brand’s strategy.■Key Responsibilities:・Support brand image initiatives and maintain consistency across all media and communications.・Collaborate with PR agencies to manage media lists, coverage, and build relationships with key opinion leaders.・Coordinate and execute brand events, partnerships, and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar.・Monitor and analyze social media trends and execute campaigns in line with brand objectives.・Assist with communications related to new store openings and manage external inquiries.・Foster internal collaboration by sharing brand marketing updates and engaging colleagues.・Assist in preparing reports on marketing performance and activities for internal stakeholders.
求められる経験
■Qualifications
・Minimum 3 years of branding and/or public relations experience (preferably in one or more of the following industries: beauty, skincare, fashion or design industries)
・Being comfortable with English (spoken and written)
・High communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
・Experience with social media marketing
・Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
・Demonstrate ability of multi-tasking and coordinating fast-paced projects
・Experience with digital communication/PR tools is a plus (e.g. Meltwater, PR Analyzer, etc.)
・Strong interest in literature, art and culture is a plus
