Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement brand strategies that reflect market trends and evolving consumer preferences, ensuring the brand stays competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively leverage both traditional and digital channels, aiming to increase brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of product development and market introduction, from concept to launch, ensuring new products meet consumer needs and achieve successful market entry.
- Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align on brand objectives, while actively engaging with local communities to build strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Manage and optimize the brand’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment, while continuously monitoring campaign performance to make data-driven improvements.
- Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints, developing proactive strategies to strengthen brand equity and address any reputation challenges that may arise.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in brand and product management, preferably in the FMCG food industry.
- Strong understanding of the Malay consumer market and cultural nuances.
- Proven success in marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a resilient mindset.
