About the Job
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will lead brand communication, strategy, and marketing implementation. This role focuses on managing new product launches, integrated campaigns, and full lifecycle brand management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
- Execute 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, digital, BTL.
- Build partnerships with healthcare professionals to enhance brand awareness and recommendations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage A&P budgets and track marketing activity performance.
- Lead and coach team members to deliver effective communication materials and campaigns.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG or healthcare industries.
- Expertise in 360° marketing, market research tools, and P&L management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
