Basic Purpose of the job1 Responsible for establishing a short to long-term complete Brand strategy as well as marketing mix implementation. This person is also in charge of cross-functional collaboration on an internal, external, and global scale, as well as effective, efficient, and aligned planning and execution.2 Responsible for managing brand messaging, internal and external communications, including all marketing, product pricing, go-to-market models, and related activities.3 Responsible for delivering the annual financial plan for the brand, including top-line revenues, expenses, and profit contribution. 4 Deliver Launch Excellence for any new portfolio-related product including new Channel, project, or service through team collaboration and cross-functional network in order to accomplish a successful launch plan with relevant stakeholders.Accountabilities1 Develop and carry out a short- to long-term brand strategy by driving consistent execution with cross-functional internal and external teams. He/she will be in charge of reviewing plans important stakeholders, including commercial and marketing global colleagues.2 Optimize the promotional mix for a brand based on the available resources and the ability to redirect efforts when the existing strategy is not delivering the intended results.3 Supports the brand's day-to-day operations, including forecasting, budget management, data analysis, and market share analysis.4 Serves as the Voice of the Customer by capturing requirements/feedback from customers (vets, MRs, consumers, retailers, e-retailers, etc.) in order to deliver best-in-class programs that fulfill customer needs.5 Manage the brand's investments and expenses so as to meet its financial plan(BUDGET), including top-line revenues, expenses, and profit contribution.6 Drive a solid new product/service launch plan by managing cross-functional collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders.7 "Facilitate teamwork collaboration for effective and efficient cross-functional communication across internal departments, global and regional teams, and external vendors, agencies, and business partners. Complies with all regulations (e.g., JMAFF) and company policies and procedures when conducting business.8 Develop customer/channel-specific marketing strategies by leveraging knowledge of all customer marketing channels and co-promotion partners to increase the value of the market and brand.

・Strong skills and expriences on E-commerce (EC)
・EC managing experience

・Good presentation and negotiation skill.
・Be proactive and positive with taking responsibility.
Preferred skills and experiences:
・+3+years brand marketing experience in animal health or human health care.
・Strong ATL media mix skills and knowledge including digital.
・Experience working with global team.
・Good understanding in animal health or Pharma Regulatory affairs advertising guideline
・Experience in organizing market research project.
・New product launch experience.
・Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and database applications.
・Willing to challenge new things for success.
・Goal-oriented and winning mind set.
・Interested in Pets, Veterinarians and Pet owners. "
