Responsible for driving commercial success of business in Japan.Member of the cross-functional shaping global strategy and co-creation. - Understand global strategy and initiatives, as well as local environment and insights in order to provide inputs to development of local business plans. - Development marketing strategy based on well understanding customer journey and patient journey. - Identify growth and competitive opportunities and performance including via agreed KPIs - Escalate and resolve issues including matters linked to performance and governance (e.g. XF perf call, PLT, RMCB, etc.) - Track and understand performance and KPIs - Work closely with Japan cross-functional team to ensure plans are aligned across regulatory, Medical, Legal, Finance, DAC and GAMA.

- Must have strong performance mindset and proven track record to deliver.
- Basic knowledge and capabilities about finance including forecasting.
- Strong leadership and project management skills for leading projects in complex business environment.
- Ability to utilize insights from key customers – 3rd party, HCPs, patients – to drive key marketing decisions and forecasts.
- Effective communications and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
- High governance mind-set and understanding.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing brand management. Also, having experience in a direct customer facing role (i.e. field sales, account management, sales liaison etc.), and overall 10-year experience Sales, Marketing, or Medical in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in working closely with global team.
- English business level+ (both written and spoken)/ Japanese business level (reading and written)
- Bachelor degree (Business/ Medicine related/ Related discipline)
- People management experience preferred.
- Digital marketing experience preferred.
- MBA or other advanced degree (MS, PhD) preferred.
