■Brand Strategy and Planning• With the support of the Brand Director, develop strong, effective, and creative 12-months rolling brand plans to support sales acceleration and grow brand equities.• Prepare key brand presentations (including annual plans, quarterly update & reviews) with a consistently high level, offering strategic insights and creative thinking.• Discuss, update, and align with Brand Companies on Japan strategies and plans.• Activation planning, implementation & evaluation• With the support of the Brand Director, define the most efficient investment mix across touchpoints to return on sales growth & equity building.• In more details, develop & implement the following:✓ Holistic media plan - in collaboration with Media agency✓ Detailed digital media plan (including Ecommerce) - in collaboration with Digital team, Sales team & Media agencyThere will be several major events held in October and November hosted by winemakers. So the work for this position is the biggest part of the job will be dedicated to event planning / execution.

The hiring manager would like to hire talent with the following experience;
Event planning experience
Experience in launching products
■Education:
• 4-year university graduate or above
■Language:
• Both English & Japanese (business proficiency in written and verbal communication) are required. French is a plus.
■Experience:
• Min 3 years’ experience in Marketing with proven success in Brand Building
• Sharp digital and media expertise is required
• Interest in luxury and attention to detail
• Interest in wine & gourmet is a plus
■Key Competencies:
• Passionate for Brands & for Brand Building
• Strategic, Business & Transversal Mindset, Logical / Critical Thinking
• 360 Touchpoint Mindset from equity to L3F, Consumer Centricity with strong Digital Acumen
