about the job
- Product Education: Organize product seminars, create digital content (e.g., Facebook posts), and develop educational tools like booklets and videos. Address product inquiries.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product sales, initiate activities like training and promotions to boost sales.
- Consumer Insights: Collect market feedback, testimonials, and competitor insights to inform product and sales strategies.
- Market Research: Assist the Product Development team with research on new and existing products.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably product marketing/management.
- Experience in organizing product launches, training, and promotions.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
