The company fosters a supportive environment where employees can leverage their individual strengths to excel and make a meaningful impact.■Role and Responsibilities: As Brand Activation Lead Japan, you’ll drive go-to-market plans, lead multi-channel promotions, and collaborate with partners to meet market needs. This role requires strong FMCG or consumer health marketing experience, digital expertise, and proven leadership.■ Main tasks include:・Develop and execute the go-to-market (G2M) strategy for each brand, aligned with business strategy and market needs・Lead channel activities and promotions, media planning, and online & offline activities; plan, execute, track, evaluate, analyze, and implement improvements・Enhance efficiency by continuously optimizing budgets and timelines・Align overall strategies with key partners, including healthcare professionals, retailers, distributors, and hospitals, to meet market demands・Drive the customer planning process to enable business achievement・Lead planning within key financial cycles: annual and quarterly below-the-line (BTL) activity planning, communication, execution, evaluation, analysis, and propose improvements・Oversee budget application and monthly expense control; evaluate ROI from various perspectives, including activity, brand, and channel/region・Lead cross-functional promotional teams to design and execute campaigns; manage the design, production, distribution, and appropriate usage of promotional materials#LI-Hybrid
求められる経験
■WHO YOU ARE
・At least +15 years working experience with minimum 5 Years of Leadership position in a Consumer health/ FMCG marketing role
・Excellent MKT fundamentals & Digital Native
・Top FMCG MNC Marketing & Digital experience is a must. Healthcare experience is added value
・Self-driven & Result oriented
・Excellent English both oral and writing Key Competencies
・Demonstrated capability in leading and inspiring diverse teams and individuals to work together to accomplish common goals
・Project management skills, leading a multi-function team
・Superior influencing skills
・Ability to work under pressure
