You will be supported by Boutique Leaders and operational personnel in store. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a strong background in luxury fashion/fine jewelry, exceptional customer service and a commitment to fostering a high performing team.

Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with corporate objectives and drive business results.
- Analyze team performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement in operations and customer engagement.
Community Engagement:
- Lead community outreach initiatives that reflect brand's commitment to social responsibility, enhancing the brand’s reputation within the local market.
- Encourage team participation in local events and charitable activities to strengthen community ties and brand loyalty.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop boutique staff through regular training sessions, performance evaluations, and career development discussions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
Performance Management:
- Set clear performance expectations and objectives for team members, conducting regular reviews to assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Recognize and reward high performance, motivating team members to reach their full potential.
Culture Development:
- Promote brand values and culture within the boutique, ensuring that all team members understand and embody the brand’s commitment to excellence and customer service.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, leading to improved retention rates.
skills & experiences required.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a fine jewelry or reputable luxury fashion brand
- Native in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin is required
- Permanent HKID card holder
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling expenses to achieve financial goals
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust strategies as needed
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and customer needs
