Responsibilities
1.Office Coordination:
oStreamline office operations by organizing tasks and activities efficiently.
2.Financial Management:
oProficient in Simply Accounting - Sage 50 Premium Accounting.
oPerform bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts receivable and payable.
oOversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
oPrepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
oManage Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) reporting.
3.Order Processing and Communication:
oEnter orders and communicate with manufacturers to track delivery status and order confirmations.
oOversee the shipping and receiving process.
oHandle customer invoicing and collections.
4.Documentation and Reporting:
oMaintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other pertinent information.
oGenerate reports promptly and assist with the preparation of presentations or proposals as needed.
5.Qualifications and Skills:
oProven experience in office administration, office assistance, or a similar role.
oExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
oStrong organizational and leadership abilities.
oProficient in MS Office suite.
