Responsibility- Responsible for delivery the reliable and competitive core components such as big size chips and SIP in network products(wireless 5G, high-end routers, and intelligent computing), including packaging, assembly, assembly, and market application.-Focused on the core competitiveness of network and terminal modules, lead the layout and technical planning of mechanical reliability services, build industry-leading mechanics simulation and experiment platforms, and keep on leading in mechanics reliability design capabilities for network products.-Organize and lead the resolution of major mechanical reliability issues and key technical problems to deliver the high reliability products.

Professional Knowledge：
- More than 20 years experience in reliability design of electronic products. Well-known about the key reliability challenges and risks of products. Be familiar with packaging material mechanics, failure modes of reliability stimulation methods, and methods of reverse failure analysis. Be able to provide the improving design.
- Led in building and strategic planning the platform for mechanical reliability simulation and experiment capabilities.
- Rich experience in the TOP resources of research institutes and universities in the mechanical reliability field. Well-known about the trends of reliability simulation, test technologies, and improvement methods in the mechanical reliability field.
