We are looking for a bilingual Technical Support Specialist to become part of a great team based out of a beautiful office in Pickering. This company is an industry leader in commercial, construction and residential equipment.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the relationship between the dealers and the factory - you'll help troubleshoot issues with technicians and coordinate between the factory/suppliers and the dealerships to help resolve all sorts of issues!
To be successful here, you'll need to have experience with the technical aspects of heavy equipment.

* Help maintain the system and database with up to date and accurate info
* help identify potential product concerns
* recommend product improvement ideas
* help organize and deliver technical trainings
Qualifications
What will make you successful:
technical experience (diploma, certified technician) within the construction, farm or residential equipment fields
bilingual in english/french (required)
excellent communication skills, written and verbal
computer skills, especially with MS office
