We are looking for an experienced sales person to join an amazing team located west of Ottawa. The successful candidate has experience in construction or a similar industry with knowledge of heavy equipment and tools. As the Bilingual Sales Representative you work closely with clients, helping with products and services and their sales needs. Responsibilities
- Assist client walk-ins, as well as over the phone and through email
- Maintain communication and relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Support the sales team with preparing quotes, following up with clients, and helping with in-house projects
- Support the operations team with preparing service bids and coordinating with contractors
- Assist in managing and keeping track of the fleets
- Service requests on equipment availability and rentals
- Stay current on competition, products, fleets, and compliance changes
- Coordinate equipment rentals, including scheduling deliveries, managing contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management


Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the construction or equipment rental industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales objectives.
