Based in downtown Ottawa, our team is looking for bilingual customer service agents to provide top-tier support over phone, email, chat, and video. As a Relocation Assistance Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our clients experience a smooth relocation process by offering personalized advice and problem-solving expertise.
Salary: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (with potential to work until 8:00 PM as needed)
Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM for 3 weeks
Contract Type: Full-time, temporary with potential for permanency
Location: West Downtown Ottawa. Easily accessible by public transit (paid parking available)

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Provide relocation policy guidance to clients via phone, email, chat, and video calls.
Address complex customer inquiries and resolve issues in accordance with the relocation policy.
Manage urgent and emergency requests promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions for future reference.
Help identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Bilingualism in French and English (required).
Previous customer service experience (call center preferred) and administration experience.
A background in real estate, mortgages, legal, or banking is a plus.
Experience in processing claims is an asset.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Must be eligible for government security clearance.
